Bella Lulu Baby – Tutus

Good Morning!
I had the most wonderful meeting the other day. I met a very creative woman who lives in my area. Paula (Bella Lulu Baby) designs and creates the most gorgeous, frilly tutus I have ever seen! They are adorned with soft satin ribbons and crystals! She also makes beautiful, heirloom-quality baby quilts.
