Good Morning World!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and capturing a brand new pair of newborn twins  yesterday.  They are gorgeous, sweet and oh so precious!  It was also my birthday and I could not think of a better, more wonderful way to celebrate it than to hold Baby B and Baby L.

Thank you M & M for welcoming me into your warm home.

It truly was a blessing to meet you both and your incredible little miracles.

Today was a wonderful day, in so many incredible ways.  I had the joy of photographing a very precious little baby boy, only 13 days new!  Baby A is bright, content, snuggly and cute as a button!  I definitely got my baby-fix as I walked and swayed him to sleep.  Hi expressions were priceless!  I loved spending time with him and his amazing mommy.

Have you ever had a day where you felt you could almost burst with joy?  Have you ever been working and realize how immensely lucky you are to be doing something you absolutely LOVE to do?  Today was that day for me.

The weather – perfect, the light –  glorious, the lens…..well, nothing short of magical.  This was my first photo session using my newest Canon  lens,  the 85 L  1.2.   I could hardly wait to upload the images.

And the children  – Wow – amazing, beautiful, sweet and so much  fun!

The greatest compliment I could ever be given is to have a little sweetie who wants nothing more than  to hold my hand and walk with me.

I met the sweetest family on Sunday.  B and her boys came all the way over from Michigan to do this amazing shoot with me.  Her boys are so adorable and we had so much fun playing games, exploring and running up and down the hill!  I truly enjoyed every minute.  We discovered snails, a fuzzy  caterpillar and glorious colours of autumn!

Happy Happy 7th birthday on Wednesday O!  I hope all your wishes and dreams come true 🙂

What a beautiful autumn afternoon!  I met with the most wonderful family at the beach for a photo shoot and it rocked!  Mom and Dad are dear friends of mine and are  so sweet and the kids, well, they are amazing!  What a truly nice family.  I don’t think I have ever seen such luminescent blue eyes!

Even the furbaby was photogenic!

Last evening, I had the pleasure of meeting two wonderful families and photographing the four sweet cousins.

A, L, J and G were so much fun and even though it was sweltering hot, they still managed to have a good time and be amazing little models for my camera 🙂  We played in the sand, chased bubbles, walked along the water and finished off with some good climbs and swings on the play equipment.  I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a summer evening!

Urban Delight!

What do you get when you take four teens, 3 dogs and 2 parents out for a photoshoot?  Absolute FUN!!!  I had the joy of finally meeting the L family and what a beautiful group they are!

We decided to aim for an Urban Chic flair and found a wonderful old ivy-covered building.   It is a building rich in vintage history, colour and amazing textures!  The sky  was very overcast but the rain held off until we had taken our last shot!  Thank you for being so sweet and such a great family!  It was truly a pleasure to work with you.  (I swear you guys have done this before!)  I know you’re anxious to see some of the shots we got, so here are a few highlights!   It was tough choosing just a few great ones! You are all GORGEOUS, simply gorgeous.

I have the BEST job in the WORLD!!!  Thank you 🙂

Autumn Bliss

Wind, Woods, Wonderful!

A very close friend of mine recently told me, “I am so happy for you Ang!  You are following your BLISS!”

And it hit me ….. yes, I truly am following my bliss!  To be able to meet such kind, sweet families such as the R Family, and enjoy their happy times and adorable grandchildren.  And to capture moments such as these…..Sheer Bliss!

It was such a beautiful afternoon for a walk in the woods and I had so much fun!  Thank you to each of you for your genuine kindness.  And for helping me to follow my bliss!
